All standard items are processed within 4 days and sent to warehousing for dispatch.

To expedite your order through the process, we offer priority processing, ensuring your product is sent within 48 hours or 2 business days.

Shipping Times

We offer free worldwide standard shipping (list of countries below).

The standard shipping times are as follows:

• UK: 4-10 business days*
• Europe: 1-2 weeks*
• USA: 1-2 weeks*
• Middle East: 3 weeks*
• Central Asia: 3 weeks*
• Australia & NZ: 2-4 weeks*
• South America: 2-5 weeks*

* The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but in case of late delivery - we do not issue a refund.

We currently do not offer an express shipping option due to the costs involved.
