We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@happzone.com, and we will get in touch with you promptly.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item valued at over €92.20, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item.
